The 2012 Innovators Conference will showcase innovative research and solutions to providing patient- and family-centred care at all levels, from all perspectives - the patient and their family, health care professionals, administrators and decision makers. Committed to building new relationships and strengthening existing partnerships, the 2012 Conference will provide participants with numerous opportunities to learn from a variety of health care professionals, administrators, policy developers and key decision makers in health care.

By breaking down barriers to patient- and family-centred care (PFCC), changing the health care system and policies, and applying a team approach to our delivery of care we are developing a collaborative and inclusive patient and family-centred care (PFCC) environments where patient experience, safety and outcomes can thrive.
